Far East, Perennial to unveil Aurea residential tower at unit prices starting from $1.92m
Aurea: A New Residential Tower in Singapore
Far East Organization and Perennial Holdings will commence previews of their latest residential tower, Aurea, on February 22. Prices start at $1.92 million, or $2,750 per square foot (psf).
The 45-storey tower, located on Beach Road, comprises 188 units and is part of the transformation of Golden Mile Complex into a new commercial hub featuring offices, medical units, and retail spaces.

- Prestige Collection: 2- and 3-bedroom units (635 - 1,001 sq ft).
- Signature Collection: 4-bedroom units (1,442 - 1,798 sq ft).
- 5-bedroom units: (2,863 - 3,251 sq ft).
- Sky Villa Collection:
- 6-bedroom duplex penthouse (5,608 sq ft).
- 6-bedroom triplex penthouse (8,816 sq ft) with a private pool.
Location & Development
Aurea is built on a 144,908 sq ft site, acquired through the collective sale of Golden Mile Complex for $700 million in 2022. The District 7 site is a 5-minute walk from Nicoll Highway MRT station and is within the Core Central Region.
The Golden Mile Redevelopment
The conserved Golden Mile Complex, now named The Golden Mile, will feature:
- An architecture centre
- Two floors of retail spaces
- 19 medical units
- 156 strata-titled office units
Aurea will be linked to The Golden Mile via an elevated link bridge on Level 2.
Commercial Unit Pricing
- Office units start at $3,100 psf or $2.4 million.
- Medical suites start at $3,500 psf or $2.6 million.
Market Trends
In District 7, the latest launch was Midtown Modern by GuocoLand in 2021. It initially sold 61% of 558 units at an average price of $2,800 psf and was fully sold by December 2024.
GuocoLand’s Midtown Bay, launched in 2019, saw transactions between $2,600 psf and $3,800 psf. Units sold in 2024 ranged from $3,000 psf to $4,000 psf.
The six-month median price for District 7 stands at $2,078 psf, based on URA data.
Sales & Completion
Bookings for Aurea will commence on March 8, with completion expected in 2029.
